Welcome to The Dance Factory

Building Confidence Through Dance Since 2002

For over two decades, we have been more than just a studio; we are a community. We provide top-tier dance instruction in a welcoming, inclusive environment where every dancer can build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong passion for the arts.

Congratulations Dancers!

A huge round of applause for all of our talented dancers who performed in the recital last weekend! Your hard work and passion shone brightly on stage. We are so proud of every one of you.

Fall 2025 Registration

We have a wide range of programs for dancers of all ages and experience levels to ensure that our dancers continue to gain self confidence while learning new skills and having fun. We offer many classes and programs for the more experienced dancers so they may continue to build skills, improve technique, and strengthen performance ability.

For Our Returning Dancers

Class recommendations are sent via e-mail to all students in June. All returning students must be recommended for a class to register for that class. Please read your personal recommendations carefully.

  • Recommendations are based on teacher observations for each dancer's style, skills, and techniques.
  • A number of advanced classes have co-requisite requirements which are indicated on your recommendation sheet.
  • If you did not receive your recommendation, please contact our studio.

For Specialty Classes (Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, Funk): If you are currently taking a specialty class, you will find a recommendation for next year on your sheet. If you would like to try a specialty class for the first time, you will need to be evaluated by an instructor.

For New Dancers

We are so excited you're interested in joining The Dance Factory! To ensure your dancer is placed in the appropriate class based on age and skill level, an evaluation may be required. Please contact our studio to determine if your dancer will need to be evaluated for a class recommendation.

You can also get a general overview of our programs on our main Classes page.

Our Philosophy

Since 2002, our mission has been to provide exceptional dance instruction in a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive environment. We are committed to helping dancers of all ages develop their skills and discover their fullest potential, building not just technique, but confidence, creativity, and grace along the way.

Inspiring Personal Growth

Whether a student is dancing for fun or preparing for a professional career, our instructors provide the leadership, discipline, and passion necessary to foster artistic growth and self-expression.

Performance, Not Competition

We are a performance-based studio, not competition-based. We believe this maintains a creative and positive atmosphere as we prepare for fun, formal, and informal performance opportunities throughout the year.

A Fun Place for Everyone

Above all, dance should be fun! We strive to be the perfect place for students to develop technique, stay active, and improve performance skills in a supportive, positive, and joyful atmosphere.
